Fulfillment Policy

At GoSource, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GoSource is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

GoSource is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unused products within 10 days of receipt.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
